Rentals

The Old Ranch house is available to RENTAL on weekends for family reunions, weddings, receptions, memorial services, and other group meetings.

There is no overnite use of the facility

FEES:

CRR Property Owners:
$300.00 per day (includes a $150 non-refundable fee and a $150 refundable damabe/cleaning deposit if premises are left in good order.)

Non-CRR Property Owners:
$395.00 per day. (includes a $245 non-refundable fee and a $150 refundable damage/cleaning deposit if premises are left in good order.
