The Historic Old Ranch House/ Senior Center Located in Crooked River Ranch, Oregon

The Old Ranch House/Senior Center is located down in the Crooked River Canyon, in Crooked River Ranch, Oregon. The original 12,000 acre cattle ranch was homesteaded in 1910 by the Gates family. The Old Ranch House, built in 1916, served as home and headquarters for several families throughout the years. In 1972 the cattle ranch was purchased by the McPhearson Corporation and became the development now known as Crooked River Ranch. In 1997 the Old Ranch House was leased to the CRR Seniors Group to be used as the Crooked River Ranch Senior Center.

The Crooked River Ranch Senior Group is for persons 50 years or better and offers:

  • The seniors meet every Thursday at 10:30 a.m. for activities and a potluck lunch at noon.
  • Bunco every 4th Friday at 12:30 p.m. (Open to the general public)
  • A lending library reading room.
